We deliver to all UK mainland, except Northern Ireland and the Scottish Islands. Delivery cost per standard order is £12.77 plus VAT at the current rate. Delivery cost of the smaller accessory items is £8 plus VAT. OR FREE if purchased with any other non-accessory item on the web site. Delivery cost of larger items (eg.Staircase) is £45 plus VAT. All of our standard stock items are sent as Next Day Delivery if ordered before 11.30am. If ordered after 11.30am they will be processed as Next Day Delivery items the follwing working day. Warehouse steps are on a delivery time scale of 10 to 14 days Window Cleaners steps are 2-10 days (this varies as some sizes are made to order). Deliveries take place Monday To Friday. Orders made before 11.30am on a Friday will be delivered on Monday.
