Security All payment details are completed through the Protx, an online secure payment centre and all details are encrypted. Prices & Delivery We deliver to all UK Mainland, except Northern Ireland and the Scottish Islands. All prices include VAT at the current rate. Standard Delivery is charged at £15 plus VAT and is a 1 - 2 day service. Delivery for larger items (Staircase) is £45 plus VAT. Delivery cost of the smaller accessory items is £8 plus VAT. OR FREE if purchased with any other non-accessory item on the web site. Returns Policy Please inspect all items immediately upon arrival. If they are damaged you may refuse delivery or declare it as damaged when signing, then contact us on sales@universalladders.co.uk to explain the situation and let us know whether you want a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (customer's statutory rights not affected).
Returned items must be in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage and the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable. All returns must be received within the standard 30 day When returning goods, our reference number must be quoted - this is shown on the delivery note. We also suggest you use signed for post, as we cannot be responsible for goods that fail to reach us.
